Payable/Accounts Receivable (AR/AP) Supervisor , you are mentoring,
coaching, and developing others while strengthening accounts
receivable operations (and gaining exposure to accounts payable if
that is new to you!). This is an on-site opportunity in Bakersfield

progression. Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AR/AP)
Supervisor – Your Job Duties As the AR/AP Supervisor, your
day-to-day responsibilities include: Leading and supporting a team
of 5, including 2 remote team members in Lodi and 3–4 on-site in
Bakersfield Overseeing accounts receivable (AR) and accounts
payable (AP) activities, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and strong
internal controls Oversee accounts receivable (AR) collections
process (often high volume) to keep collections and AR aging tight
Coaching, mentoring, and holding your AR and AP team accountable to
expectations and performance standards Partnering with internal
teams to resolve discrepancies, collections issues, and process
gaps Helping implement and improve systems, policies, and workflows
during periods of change and growth Creating a positive,
people-first environment where your team feels supported and
capable Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable (AR/AP) Supervisor –
You Have (Required Skills, Experience & Team Fit) You have: Prior
experience overseeing accounts receivable functions (you may have
been in a supervisor, manager or team lead position) Strong people
and “soft skills” and you enjoy mentoring, coaching and developing
others Confidence holding people accountable and addressing issues
directly and professionally Comfort working through change and
adapting as processes evolve Willingness to push back, ask
questions, and speak up when something feels off You might have:
Exposure to NetSuite ERP system Background experience in
agriculture, construction, or equipment rental Accounts
Payable/Accounts Receivable (AR/AP) Supervisor – Benefits for You
Your compensation will be a base salary range of $75,000–$80,000,
depending on experience. Company provided medical insurance (your
