Job Description:

Position The Trainee position is a entry level position to train to be a Fulltime Associate. As a trainee you will learn to be the employee who will sit beside the dealer at the gaming table with the company assets. You are responsible for paying out the winning hands and collecting the losing hands. Watches the game to ensure the dealer is not making mistakes and that the players are not cheating Protects the company's assets and ensures the game is being played according to California gaming laws and regulations. Requirements: Regularly required to sit or stand for a minimum of 7 to 8 hour shift at a table located approximately 48 inches from the floor. Able to regularly lift or move up to 25lbs. Able to distinguish between primary shades of color in order to handle gaming chips. Good Math skills and great customer service skills. Must be able to communicate in English. Must attend and pass training. Must pass all background checks with the state and local authorities as well as drug and vision tests. What We Offer: We offer paid free training.
