*bilingual individual with a Bachelor's degree in human or business
related field*, who is passionate about delivering a positive
service experience from start to finish. As the first point of
contact for social workers and staff, the Administrative Assistant
serves as the face of the organization and plays a key role in
day-to-day operations.The ideal candidate is detail-oriented,
organized, and able to juggle multiple priorities with a positive

Here:*_* Maintaining up-to-date information in the Client
Management System* Managing and tracking authorizations*
Collaborating with other administrative personnel* Interacting with
healthcare providers* Greet all Amigo Baby visitors in a friendly
and welcoming manner* Answer incoming calls and promptly direct
them to the appropriate department* Excellent customer service,
phone etiquette and work ethic* Take detailed messages and
distribute them in a timely manner* Maintain overall appearance of
the offices* Assist other departments with administrative needs,
including filing and data entry* Assist the HR department with
review of timecards and payroll._*How you Shine From Others:*_*
Bachelor's degree* Bilingual: Spanish and English* Preferred: 2+
years of experience in administrative support or related office
work* Proficient in computers (Word, Excel, Power Point, and etc.)*
Patient and pleasant demeanor* Strong attention to detail and
accuracy* Excellent organizational and time management skills*
Strong written and verbal communication skills* Ability to maintain
confidentiality* Ability to manage tasks/projects in a
time-sensitive deadline manner* Strong knowledge of Excel and
