This busy Pain Management focused Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC) in the San Fernando Valley area of Los Angeles is actively interviewing candidates for an Operating Room Manager. Join this fantastic system of ASCs, lead a dedicated and high-quality team of OR nurses, and enjoy having nights and weekends off!Reporting to the Director of Nursing, you'll take a working management role in these Ambulatory Surgery Centers ASC that focuses on Pain Management. Upon hire, the OR Nurse Manager will discover an extremely busy schedule of procedures. Of the 1000+ cases this Ambulatory Surgery Center handles each month, Epidural and Joint Injections are amongst the most common, followed by neuropathic and spine treatments.This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced clinical leader in Surgical Services who wants to continue developing their management skills. The OR Manager will have the opportunity to lead initiates to improve workflow processes and operations, participate in accreditation surveys, and serve as a mentor to the staff.Another exciting aspect of this role is the travel! In addition to the three Surgery Centers (and counting) that this Medical Group operates in the San Fernando Valley, it also has centers in Bakersfield, Beverly Hills, and Long Beach. Most of time the ASC Nurse Manager will lead a work team at one of the ASCs local to the Valley, but you'll also travel to the Beverly Hills and Bakersfield locations twice a month. Milage is reimbursed for this travel and you'll be paid for time on the road so you can catch up on your audiobook.The RN Nursing Manager of the Pain Management Ambulatory Surgery Center will find that Southern California, especially the San Fernando Valley, has something for everyone.
