Our goal is to make lighting fit seamlessly into your life so you can focus on making memories with family and friends.What You'll Do:Feit Electric is seeking a dynamic and strategic Senior Director of Supply Chain to manage our Purchasing and Demand Planning teams. Reporting directly to the Chief Operating Officer (COO), you will focus primarily on S&OP process, demand forecasting, inventory management, and procurement excellence to drive operational efficiencies and enhance customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Demand Planning and Purchasing teams, setting clear goals and expectations for team performance and development.
• Oversee and manage the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process at a strategic level, providing leadership and direction to ensure alignment across departments and effective supply-demand balancing.
• Oversee demand forecasting and inventory optimization processes, ensuring accuracy, optimal stock levels, and minimal obsolescence.
• Guide purchasing strategies and supplier management, emphasizing cost-effectiveness, reliability, and product quality.
• Monitor and manage established supply chain KPIs including fill rate, months of supply, forecast accuracy, and cost-saving objectives.
• Own and lead the SKU rationalization process, ensuring the product portfolio is aligned with business goals, operational efficiency, and customer needs.
• Foster a collaborative, proactive, and high-performing team culture.
• Other duties as assigned.What You'll Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience in managing S&OP Process, demand planning/ forecasting, or similar supply chain roles within medium-to-large corporate environments required.
  • Deep understanding and market knowledge of consumer goods and global supply chain planning.
  • Strategic thinker and team leader, capable of navigating and managing organizational dynamics positively and effectively.
  • Experience in customer demand planning and inventory management.
  • Demonstrated expertise in supply chain forecasting methodologies and inventory management.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficiency in specialized software related to demand forecasting, inventory management, data analysis, and reporting.What You'll Get:
