We are seeking a dynamic and passionate Vibrant Life Director to lead our team in designing, implementing, and evaluating resident programs that encourage engagement and foster a sense of community. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to promoting a vibrant lifestyle and enriching the lives of our residents through a variety of activities, events, and educational opportunities.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Program Development:** Create and oversee a diverse range of programs that promote physical health, creativity, social engagement, and personal development for residents of various interests and abilities.

- **Leadership:** Lead, train, and mentor a team of activity coordinators and volunteers to execute programs effectively, ensuring a high standard of service and resident satisfaction.- **Community Engagement:** Build partnerships with local organizations, businesses, and volunteers to enhance program offerings and create opportunities for residents to connect with the broader community.- **Assessment and Evaluation:** Regularly assess the interests and needs of residents through surveys, focus groups, and informal feedback, adjusting programming accordingly to ensure relevance and engagement.- **Event Planning:** Organize and oversee special events, outings, and community gatherings that promote socialization and a sense of belonging among residents.- **Wellness Focus:** Collaborate with healthcare professionals to integrate wellness programs and initiatives into the overall resident experience.- **Budget Management:** Oversee the budgeting process for all programs, ensuring financial sustainability and effective resource allocation.- **Advocacy and Support:** Act as an advocate for residents' interests, helping to ensure their voices are heard in community matters and program development.**Qualifications:**- Bachelor's degree in Recreation, Gerontology, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.
