ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking a Director of Market Analytics to join our analytics team in Los Angeles. The successful candidate will provide analytic content focused on the Los Angeles market, serve as a client- and industry-facing representative, and deliver insights and market outlooks. The role is based at our Los Angeles office.
RESPONSIBILITIES

• Produce insightful analysis of real estate market conditions for CoStar's products, including market reports, presentations, media collaborations, and content for our news platform.
  
• Engage with clients and industry groups through in-person updates and discussions on economic and real estate trends in LA.
  
• Monitor and ensure the accuracy, timeliness, and quality of CoStar data, correcting errors and outliers promptly.
  
  BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  

• 
  
• Bachelor's degree
  
• Minimum of eight years of experience in commercial real estate, with familiarity in the Los Angeles market
  
• Strong understanding of real estate fundamentals and economic principles
  
• Excellent analytical and writing skills
  
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel
  
• Knowledge of local markets, either through residency or professional experience
  
• Strong work ethic and team collaboration skills
  
  PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Master's or advanced degree in a related field
    
  • Polished presentation and communication skills
