Job ResponsibilitiesAs the Director of Sales, you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations and developing strategies to achieve the organization's sales goals. Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand market presence.
• Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure achievement of individual and team targets.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and competitive advantage.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners.
• Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and budgets to senior management.
• Ensure the sales team adheres to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging markets, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
