Job Summary and Responsibilities Dignity Health Medical Group –
Northridge, a member of CommonSpirit Health, is seeking a Board
Certified or Board Eligible Family Medicine Physician to join our
full-time Core Faculty team at Northridge Hospital Medical Center.
This is a unique opportunity to impact the next generation of
physicians while maintaining a meaningful outpatient clinical
practice. Opportunity Highlights Serve as core faculty in a
well-established, ACGME-accredited Family Medicine Residency
Program 70% academic / 30% outpatient clinical role, with patient
care provided through DHMG Northridge Medical Group Lead and
participate in resident education, clinical precepting, didactics,
curriculum development, and scholarly activity Collaborate with a
dynamic, mission-driven faculty team in resident recruitment,
evaluation, mentorship, and continuous program improvement Enjoy

community-based setting with a focus on health equity, culturally
competent care, and serving a diverse patient population What We
Offer Competitive salary, sign on and relocation assistance Salary
Range: $280,000 - 303,000 annually Sign on Bonus up to $125k
Relocation Assistance up to $20k Student loan repayment up to $100k

Job Requirements MD/DO Completion of an ACGME accredited Family
Medicine residency program BC in Family Medicine (FM) Must possess
or have an ability to obtain an unrestricted California medical
license prior to employment Previous experience as a Faculty Family
Medicine Physician is strongly preferred. Effective written and
oral communication skills. Proficiency in word processing and
communication software. Knowledge of clinical practice laws,
ethics, and ACGME requirements for graduate medical education.
Familiarity with ACGME requirements, ABFM standards, and California
