This role focuses on hands-on teaching, clinical evaluation, and ensuring safe, effective patient care practices in alignment with program standards. Key Responsibilities: Supervise nursing students during clinical rotations Provide hands-on instruction and real-time feedback Evaluate student performance and document clinical progress Ensure adherence to clinical policies, safety standards, and scope of practice Collaborate with academic leadership and clinical partners Support student development, professionalism, and readiness for practice Qualifications: Active, unencumbered California LVN or RN license Associate’s degree required (RN candidates may hold an Associate’s degree or higher) Prior clinical teaching, precepting, or leadership experience preferred Strong communication, organizational, and mentoring skills Ability to work flexible schedules, including occasional weekends Interested in hearing more?
