Job Description:
Kaiser Permanente Georgia is seeking a dedicated and
compassionate Specialty Unit Staff RN to join our esteemed
healthcare team. Leveraging a collaborative environment, you will
provide top-notch care and specialized nursing services in one of
our critical or specialized units, ensuring our commitment to
enhancing health and wellness integrates seamlessly with
exceptional patient care. Provide direct and individualized nursing
care to patients based on specific medical orders and unit needs.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design and implement
effective patient care plans. Monitor patient conditions regularly
and adjust care plans as needed. Educate patients and their
families on disease processes, treatment, and self-care skills.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards.
Advanced knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to handle
stressful situations and make decisions under pressure. Proficiency
in using healthcare software and systems. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license in the state of Georgia. BLS/ACLS certification
from the American Heart Association.
