4/21/2026 About the Position TravelNurseSource is working with
Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Case Manager RN in Irvine,
California, 92650! Shift: Night, 3 × 12-hour shifts (7:00 PM – 7:00
AM) Start Date: April 21, 2026 Responsibilities: Coordinate patient
care and discharge planning Conduct admission, continued stay, and
retrospective reviews Evaluate medical necessity using InterQual &
Milliman criteria Manage insurance appeals and denials Ensure
compliance with CMS, HIPAA, CPT/ICD-10, DRG, HEDIS, and Joint
Commission standards Document and report accurately in Epic or
other charting systems Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and
communicate with payers/patients 5 Benefits of Travel Nursing
