Join Mission Community Hospital as a full-time Night Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) in Panorama City, CA. In this role, you will provide high-quality nursing care in a fast-paced emergency setting, ensuring patient safety and comfort during critical moments. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive patient assessments and deliver timely nursing interventions in the emergency room setting. Monitor patient conditions, administer medications, and assist with emergency procedures as needed. Collaborate effectively with physicians, healthcare team members, and ancillary staff to provide coordinated care. Document all patient care activities accurately and promptly in compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards. Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized work environment to support optimal patient outcomes. Respond quickly and efficiently to emergencies and communicate critical information clearly. Requirements Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of California. Minimum of 1 year experience working in an emergency room or acute care setting preferred. Ability to work overnight shifts consistently (FT Nights). Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills. CPR and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations with professionalism and composure.
