Job Description Job Description Attorney Attorney Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Attorney to join our legal team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Employment Law and will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to clients on various employment-related issues. This role emphasizes advocacy and a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes for our clients. Key Responsibilities Provide legal counsel on employment law matters including compliance, discrimination, wrongful termination, and workplace policies. Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and hearings related to employment disputes. Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and briefs for employment-related cases. Conduct legal research to support case strategies and inform clients of their rights and obligations. Stay updated on changes in employment law and related legislation to provide current advice and representation. Qualifications Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Active license to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction. Minimum of 3 years of experience in Employment Law. Strong understanding of litigation processes and trial court procedures is a plus. Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
