Family Law MOSHTAEL FAMILY LAW, a family law firm, is growing and
has immediate opportunities for two (2) senior associate attorney.
The opportunity is for our location in Irvine, California.
Available Positions are hybrid in office/remote. This position is
for an attorney that is licensed to practice law in the State of
California. This position is for an attorney who has family law
litigation experience or comparable civil litigation experience.
The ideal candidate will possess at least SEVEN (7) YEARS of FAMILY
LAW experience. The senior attorney will be expected to manage a
caseload, oversee a team of other legal professionals, and litigate
cases. "Family law experience" for this position means you have
worked as a licensed family law attorney full time for at least
seven (7) years. PAY & BENEFITS. We offer very competitive

Job Duties: · Manage caseload · Oversee legal team consisting of
senior attorney, junior attorney and paralegal including: 1.)
examination of case deadlines and delegation of tasks accordingly;
and 2.) review of all material prior to items being sent out for
filing/service · Prepare complex pleadings · Prepare correspondence
to clients, experts, and opposing attorneys · Meet with clients and
experts · Represent clients at court hearings, deposition, and
settlement conferences Qualifications: · 7 years practicing family
law, including litigation experience · In depth knowledge and
understanding of California Family Code, Code of Civil Procedure,
and Evidence Code · Extensive courtroom experience, including
evidentiary hearings and trials · Strong legal writing and research
skills · Prior leadership/management experience · Proficient
computer skills using Mac OS, Microsoft Office, Xspouse/Xarrears
