Job Description:

California Therapy Services - We're looking for a remote part time intake coordinator to join our quickly growing team. The opportunity is for the 3-7 PM PST shift. Main responsibilities will be:

Staffing Data Entry Updating authorizations Intake calls to patients Coordination with Physician offices General support for our office staff

Our ideal candidate will be have the following qualities:

Organized Confident Fast learner Friendly Team player Strong phone computer skills (Microsoft products, Zoom, cloud products, CRMs)

Preferred:

Prior employement in home health or outpatient physical therapy settings Prior intake or staffing experience Spanish speaking

Compensation $15-$17/Hr
