Basic Qualifications:Engineering or other technical bachelor's (STEM).Minimum 3 years' experience working/training with composite and/or ceramic materials, processes, fabrication/manufacturing methods, test, or inspection processes.Desired Skills:Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Materials Engineering, or Ceramics highly preferred.Experience with material characterization techniques and process development.Experience with aerospace part manufacturing and process control. Experience creating and revising material and process specifications, reports, and test plans. Experience reading and interpreting engineering drawings.Experience overseeing material suppliers.Experience with non-conformance disposition and corrective action processes.
