Maternal Child Health has become immediately available.
Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer , the Nurse Director of
Maternity Services will have oversight of a top-notch nursing staff
and the support of nearly 110 FTEs that run 18 Labor & Delivery
Rooms, 35 Postpartum Suites, and a Level III Neonatal Intensive
Care Unit (NICU). Providing the highest level of prenatal care, an
experienced team of experts, along with a highly-trained support
staff, specialize in High Risk and Complex Pregnancies.
The Clinical Nurse Director of Women’s and Children’s
Services is accountable for the efficient delivery of patient care
and high quality nursing practices in compliance with
administrative, legal and regulatory requirements of governmental
and regulatory agencies.
Providing a broad range of advanced medical services and
constantly striving to meet the growing healthcare needs of the
community, this 220+ bed acute care medical facility’s offerings
include Cardiology, Orthopedics, and Diagnostic Imaging services as
well as an extremely busy Emergency Department.
The Nurse Director will implement thorough business and human
resource management plans within the unit and must display clinical
proficiency and knowledge of current regulatory requirements. The
Nurse Director must have a Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, along with
current nursing license..
