      Order Processor duties and responsibilities:
      • Process Orders; receive orders via phone/email, enter orders in system, follow up on orders
      • Provide Customer Service via phone and email correspondence
      • Retain and recall customer information
      • Maintain strong working relationships with our customers, understanding customers' needs
      • Answer incoming phone calls and field where they need to be directed
      • Communicate with production staff in order to ensure purchase orders are fulfilled correctly
      • Perform general office administrative duty, assist other team members if needed
      • Cross train in all order processing positions for back-up purposes
      • Manage and coordinate all appointments and maintaining an organized calendarRequirements:
        • Intermediate skills with Sage, Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Access preferred
        • Intermediate math skills
        • Ability to work in a collaborative, team-oriented environment, along with being able to be self-motivated to complete all assigned tasks as required
        • Team player with a strong desire to be an active, long-term participant in the Company growth
        • Must possess exceptional organizational and detail orientated skills
        • Must work efficiently under deadline pressures; problem solving and critical thinking
        • Ability to learn quickly, make an immediate impact, and provide value-added service to our clients
        • Must be proficient in writing professional emails
        • Must have the ability to adapt to new protocols and consider ways to improve existing systems
