Job Description:
True Classic is hiring a contract TikTok Live Host to represent
the brand on TikTok Live. This role is fully focused on live
selling—engaging with audiences in real time, showcasing products
on camera, and driving conversion through an authentic, high-energy
presence. This is a creator-first, on-camera role centered around
performance in live environments, not traditional content
production. This is not a traditional content role—we’re looking
for someone who is confident, charismatic, and thrives on camera.
Success in this role comes from your ability to connect with an
audience live and turn engagement into sales. All of True Classic's
roles are global and omni-channel, leading designated areas of
accountability across all product categories, countries, and
different sales & marketing channels. This means you will have the
opportunity to impact our operations worldwide, ensuring a cohesive
strategy that aligns with our overall business objectives and
drives success across various markets and platforms. Areas of
Accountability Host recurring TikTok Live events Serve as an
on-camera face of the brand, bringing energy, authenticity, and
confidence to every stream Showcase products in real
time—highlighting fit, feel, features, and value Drive conversion
through: Clear, compelling product storytelling Live-only urgency
and offers Strong, consistent calls to action Answer questions,
handle objections, and adapt messaging live based on audience
feedback Audience Engagement & Community Building Interact with
viewers in chat, respond to comments, and build rapport with repeat
customers Create an engaging and entertaining live experience that
keeps viewers watching and shopping Stay current on TikTok Live
trends and live commerce best practices Qualifications Strong
on-camera presence — confident, natural, and engaging Comfortable
speaking for extended periods in a live setting High-energy,
personable, and quick-thinking Ability to sell conversationally
(not script-read) Experience with live platforms (TikTok Live,
Whatnot, Instagram Live, Twitch, etc.) preferred but not required
Strong communication and improvisation skills Basic understanding
of eCommerce or sales is a plus Self-starter who can operate
independently in a fast-paced environment Workplace Arrangement
Flexible (Contract) This is a flexible, contract-based role with
adaptable weekly hours based on live scheduling needs. There is no
set in-office requirement—hosts are scheduled based on availability
and business needs. Compensation $35-$40/hour True Classic is proud
