Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Community Autism
Services, a division of The Stepping Stones Group, is hiring
immediately for a Full-Time Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
in Santa Barbara, CA, and the surrounding areas. Join our

behavioral services to children with autism and contribute to our

take pride in delivering clinically excellent services, with
clinical training and programs that include Skill-Based Treatment
(SBT) and Pivotal Response Treatment (PRT).We are excited to be in
collaboration with Dr. Gregory Hanley for delivering best practice
through compassionate care and Skill-Based Treatment. We have
additional collaboration with doctoral level leaders within the
organization who are fluent in Pivotal Response Treatment.
Dissemination and growth is important to us, we offer professional
development opportunities and workshops across both of these
well-respected methodologies, as well as others.Pay: $78,000 -

intervention in home, school, and community settings.Conduct
parent/caregiver education and functional behavior
assessments.Create ABA programs tailored for children and
adolescents with autism spectrum disorders (ASD).Employ
evidence-based Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral
Interventions.Collect behavioral data, complete progress notes, and
handle case management.Offer clinical direction, training, and
support to Community Autism Services (CAS) ABA Behavior
Technicians.Provide supervised, professional experience to
Community Autism Services (CAS) staff pursuing BCBA and RBT
certification through group and individual
supervision.RequirementsPossess an active Board Certified Behavior
Analyst (BCBA) certificationFlexible to work with combined home,
school, and center caseloadsDemonstrate strong interpersonal,
collaborative, organizational, and leadership skillsPrevious
experience in supervising ABA programs for individuals with autism
spectrum disorders.Commitment to cultural competency in a diverse
and inclusive work environmentValid CA driver's license and
