Case Reviews & Documentation: Conduct weekly reviews of associate cases and progress notes, ensuring compliance with office policies and procedures. Direct Client Care: Maintain a personal caseload of clients through in-office and Telehealth sessions, providing high-quality clinical services. Administrative Duties: Manage billing and scheduling for active patients using practice management software. Regulatory Compliance: Maintain licensure, liability insurance, Clinical Supervision CEUs, and adhere to BBS law and ethics standards. Professional Development: Foster a positive and supportive growth relationship with associates, mentoring and guiding young therapists in their clinical careers. Collaboration & Teamwork: Work closely with clinical leadership to drive continuous improvement in service delivery and organizational growth. Qualifications: A minimum of two years post-licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in California, with experience supervising associates in a counseling setting. Experience working with couples and families is required. Preferred experience working with military populations. Interest in providing direct patient care Desire to teach and train associate therapists Strong leadership skills with a positive, growth-oriented mindset. Passion for both supervising and maintaining a personal caseload. Commitment to a long-term role within a supportive, team-oriented environment.
