Our client, a leading medical device manufacturer, is seeking a hands-on change agent to lead operations at a GMP-regulated site-with future potential to step into a Site General Manager role. • Responsible for planning, directing and overseeing all production activities for specified business unit with a focus on maximizing resources and meeting established production specifications, schedule, volume and quality standards.
• Develop and implement manufacturing schedule, allocate labor and capital resources.
• Analyze production, maintenance and malfunction records to identify problems and recommend solutions.
• Work with cross functional operations managers to understand their current and future product needs; develop plans, cost estimates and schedules.
• Lead, direct, evaluate and develop team of supervisors who are responsible for various production activities such as assembly, machine operation, processing, and packaging.Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • 10-15 years of manufacturing experience with 5 years in a management role.
  • FDA GMP regulation experience.
  • Requires breadth of organizational, professional field and industry knowledge.
