falling at night and hurting self (currently has a fracture in one
of the L-spine bones). His wife can't get him off the floor and
isn't getting enough rest because she's constantly listening to see
if Bill has gotten up and fallen. He also shows signs of sun-down
at night.About the care needs: Someone that can deal with a grouchy
old man and has the strength to get him off the floor if he falls
(plus assess him). He has a urinal and just needs to be convinced
to use it regularly.Services needed include: mobility
assistance.
